Our contact center associates deliver high quality customer service at an operationally efficient cost. We follow HIPAA Privacy and Security regulations, which are mandated by the federal government to protect identifiable patient information.

Inbound Services:
- Appointment scheduling
- Messages to providers
- Requests for prescription drug refills
- Dedicated phone lines to ensure doctor-to-doctor or hospital –to-doctor calls are answered and messages are routed as top priority
Outbound Services:
- Preventive care reminder calls to assist patients in managing their healthcare
- Automated appointment reminders with feedback options to confirm, cancel or reschedule appointments
Online Services:
- Provide patients with a convenient way to update insurance and demographic information
- Enable patients to make online appointments such as physical exams, new or active health problems, well child exams, routine OB/GYN exams and certain radiology tests
